Payment & Insurance
At the Craniofacial Pain & Sleep Center we strive to provide you with as much information to make an informed decision for your well-being. Our trained and experienced staff will file all necessary claims to ensure you are reimbursed from your insurance company, but you are the best advocate to learn the particular details of your coverage.
We are happy to file to any private insurance group, but we do not file or accept Medicare, Medicaid, or TriCare.
However, since we are a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Provider, those who are 65 and older, with Medicare and a sleep study, are eligible for supplemental coverage for the appliances related to Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
